Please ensure all jewelry remains in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked shipping service to send your package back to our designated returns warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
